Most sessions are with individual clients, however, if it will create a more supportive environment, I am happy to include other family members or loved ones.

Virtual/Telehealth Counseling

To provide a safe and comfortable session for my clients, virtual or telephone appointments are always available. I believe in offering individualized counsel that best suits my clients' needs.

Additional Nutritional Offerings

I provide grocery shopping and meal support to my clients. I also give nutrition presentations, lead nutrition groups and formulate handouts for various health and wellness businesses.
